the receptionist staff were very helpful, friendly and immediate in dealing with problems, the Bercy Village near to the hotel and lots of supermarkets to buy food and an excellent playground for children in a lake-forest location.Very close to the Cour Saint Emilion Station connecting you with all of Paris Metro!
the cleaniless of the room seemed like a chor for the maid, done ''superficialy'' and wasn't nice entering the room after a slight knocking on the door.I must say though that the head of the cleaning team came over to ask about the situation. That's a plus.

Very good location, metro station 3 min away. Bercy Village 3 min away as well. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a Paris hotel. Very good isolation of the windows from the street noise. We could hear though slamming of neighbours' doors in the morning.
a small fridge in the room would be a good idea.

Very close to the metro station and to a handsome neighbourhood. Great value-for-money! Many thanks to Booked.net for helping us find it so easily.
Probably, they need to put a refrigerator in the rooms.

1. Location: it's easy to access the city center by close by metro lines that go directly to city center & to Eiffeltower; close to RER that brings you to Disneyland, close to highway if you are coming by car (and good parking facilities 15 euros a night), in surprisingly nice area in Paris with a nice shopping/eating street where the locals hang out on Sat. nights. 2. Clean & comfortable, nice staff (they speak English), good warm and powerfull shower, nice duvets & pillows.
Little negative points, nothing major: bit expensive for basic hotel, small room, bring your own blowdryer & shampoo, telephone in own room did not work, internetconnection is okay but not great, breakfast was a bit expensive (but good though) and we were cut off even though we just entered the breakfast room and paid the costs for the full breakfast (9 euros).

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Impeccably clean, good value venue, its location was absolutely perfect and short walk to the big tourist attractions, 2 subway stations and the vibrant Bercy Village, which offers plenty for a light night out and metro, bus station, restaurants and a safe area in night. The rooms are good-sized and the American breakfast offered has a lot of dishes.

Perfect for a family getaway
The hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful village with plenty of dining options. The breakfast was excellent, something that hit the spot every morning.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still reasonable for what we got.
